We have merged a few changes to our ticket management user interfaces. Previously, you could check your tickets by clicking the "My Tickets" link under the dropdown menu at the top right. Now, this has been renamed "MT Tickets"; MT stands for Modaltrans Team. The new design will help us better manage your tickets.
- Each company has been assigned a dedicated account manager. This individual will be your point of contact, ensuring your tickets are handled promptly and effectively. They will help bridge the communication gap between you and the technical team, providing you the support you need.
- When developers finalise the implementation for a ticket, it passes the test process, and account managers handle the test and merge it into the live environment.
- After all processes are completed, you can re-open the ticket if you feel the request still needs to be completed instead of creating a new ticket.
