Hi all,
Last week, we worked on many different tickets and implementations. Below, you can find a summary of new updates;
- New Status for Bookings: Archived
- From now on, you can archive the delivered bookings and search by filters. This way, you can separate your workload and ease your shipment follow-up process with a few clicks. Check out the related delivered shipment and select “Change Booking Status.” You will find the selection of “Set as Archived.” Thanks to @Paul for his feedback.
- Calendar icon in the header for easy access.
- As you know, we are developing our system daily to make it more user-friendly and pay attention to your feedback. We presented the new calendar last week. Now, to access it, we have added a calendar icon in the header. Thanks to the @Bilstein team for their cooperation.
-
A new selection for a booking form.
- We are trying to understand your needs and adapt to our system as much as possible. As you know, there are many parties in the supply chain, and addresses are crucial for all sides. From now on, you can select different addresses for customers, shippers, and consignees in the booking form. All generated PDFs will use that specific address. Thanks to @Kiana and @Simon for their feedback.
-
Visibility of Company Relations
- As we know, you work with many parties and want to control the related companies. From now on, to disable visibility in the client portal, you can sever the company relation. You can select “Set as Blocked” in the Company Relations tab.
-
Website Codes on the Account Settings
- If you have clients who want to raise quotes or track their shipments on your website, Modaltrans can help you with this issue. You can add dynamic forms from Modaltrans to your website. You can check how to add the “Website Codes” section in the Account Settings.
-
Create sales and purchase items at once
- When you create a purchase invoice item, sometimes you may want to create a sales item or vice versa. Now, you can create both items at once. You will see a checkbox like "Add sales Item" or "Add purchase item." When you check it, it will ask for a few details, and that's it. When you save it, it will create both sales and purchase items. More business, less busy-ness.
Quick fixes
- The total pack value has been added to the Consoles section. Thanks to @Jason for his feedback.
- We have prepared new “IATA Original HAWB - MAWB” templates. Thanks to @Simon for his feedback.
- We added a filter for “Financial Status” to the shipments section. Thanks to @Paul for his feedback.
- We have added a “Trans Mode” column for the Shipment List Report. Currently, it works only for Excel downloads. Thanks to @Dave for his feedback.
Last week, our team resolved the 142 tickets you generated. We appreciate your feedback.
Best Regards,
