Last week, we worked on many different tickets and implementations. Below, you can find a summary of new updates;
- New Option: Pending Approval
- We have added a new option “Pending Approval” for financial status of company to avoid deliveries which can be performed even if customer is not financially approved. This development was made to restrict such situations and prevent unauthorized deliveries. Now, you can select “Pending Approval” section by the edit in company financials page. In additionally, the system will automatically select this option for new companies. Thanks to @Diana for heads-up.
- Export CSV Packages for Air Cargo
- Export CVS Packages section has added to Shipment Details page. New section is working for exporting dimensions easily with cvs format and practical usage. You can reach the option by clicking three dots below the Main Transport in Shipment Details page. Thanks to @Simon and @Jason for their feedback.
- Convert Measure Units for Cargo Details.
- New “Convert measure units” section has added to Cargo Details at warehouse module. With this feature, system will automatically calculate and translate the dimensions from CBM to US customary units. We keep developing our system to get more automated, easy, practical and beneficial for users. Please support us with your comments and feedback. Thanks to @Yağız for his feedback.
- Upload Cargo Details with Excel
- We also have added a new feature for Cargo Details. Now, you can upload your cargo details with the icon next to the convert measure unit section and system will automatically process the cargo data. When uploading the Excel file, please make sure it is as in the sample excel template file.
- New Option for Saved Filters
- We have added a “New Saved Filter” option on reports. Now, you can save your filters by adding a title and allow to view same selected filters to your team by selecting “Anyone Can See” check box for more collaborative and better communication. This way, only the necessary items will be list on bookings or shipments, and it will be reducing the confusion on your team. Thanks to @Liam for his feedback.
- New Validation for Company Cards
- We have added a new validation for company cards. Now, when creating a new company card, you can set the information of company type, address, postal code, sales representative as mandatory. You can activate the option at CRM Settings > General Settings. Thanks to @Buğra for his feedback.
