• Match The Charge Line With The Job
  •  When creating your invoices, you can match the invoice item with a booking, declaration, or shipment by clicking the edit button next to it. The added invoice item will also be reflected in the shipment record's financial tab, ensuring no information is missing from the records!  Here’s a Scribe link to learn more.

• Choose When The Counter Will Be Updated
  • In Modaltrans, counters are set to reset to zero by default at the end of the year. However, you can customize this to reset monthly, yearly, or even never. Just let us know via chat or ticket, and we’ll take care of it for you!

• Document Date Filter on Good Item List Report
  • We understand how important the Goods Item List report is for those using the Customs module. Thanks to Amy's feedback, we’ve added a new filter to this report. You can now filter it by document date.

• Quantity Field on the Booking's Financial Tab
  • We’ve added the quantity field from the financial section of offers to the booking section as well. This ensures that when you convert an offer into a booking, no information is lost, and pricing based on quantity becomes much easier!

• We know you use colour-coding for shipments to make control processes easier. That’s why we’re working on a new feature for automatic shipment color-coding.

• This year, we’ll activate Carbon Tracking, allowing you to monitor and even report your carbon footprints!

• We’re also conducting a general overhaul of homepage layouts. Our goal is to provide pages customized for each team. While it’s a long-term project, we’re confident you’ll love the result!

• We are working on the commission structure and report. We will be going live with this soon and will share the details on how you can use it.
