Customs Notification Emails Updates
- Managing customs declaration notification emails can sometimes create overwhelming inbox traffic, making it harder to stay on top of important updates. To simplify this, we’re shifting these alerts directly into Modaltrans, allowing you to check the status of your declarations seamlessly.
We’re introducing a notification icon in the top right corner of the platform. If a declaration is cancelled, encounters an error, or gets cleared, you’ll see a red dot on the icon. This will help you quickly identify and review the declarations that need your attention.
This new feature will be live starting Monday!

User Authorization Enhanced
- Recognizing the evolving needs of our clients' expanding teams, we've enriched the user authorization section to offer more granular control. You can now assign permissions based on branches, operation types, and teams, enabling more effective team management.

Archived Jobs Moved to the Bottom of the List
- Archived jobs will no longer be mixed with active records. Instead, they will automatically move to the bottom of the list, ensuring that ongoing tasks remain your primary focus. If needed, you can still filter to view archived jobs separately. This update helps keep your workspace organized and improves efficiency in managing your active operations.

Easy Access to ENS Declaration from Import Declaration
- If you've linked an ENS declaration with an import declaration, you can now access the ENS directly with a single click from the reference section in the overview.
These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing Modaltrans and equipping you with more powerful tools to manage your operations. This week alone, we’ve completed 165 tickets, ensuring continuous improvements based on your needs.
