Smarter Defaults in the Booking Form!
- A few smart enhancements to help you fill out the Booking creation form faster and with fewer clicks:
- The Operation Team will now auto-fill based on your selected Primary Mode.
- The Payment Term will automatically populate according to the chosen Incoterm.

New Filter Added to Booking Profit & Loss Report
- You can now search your data in the Booking Profit & Loss report by “Invoice Date” filter, making it easier to analyse profitability within a specific billing period.

Payment Term Now Sent to QuickBooks
- When sending invoices and bills to QuickBooks, the associated “Payment Term” will now be included automatically.

New Filters for In-active Customers Report

“Company Group” and “Company Operation Rep.” filters are added to the In-active Customers report.

Next week, Exceptions will no longer be hidden in the three-dot menu. Instead, you’ll find them directly under the Checklist tab — for easier access and better visibility.
- You’ll be able to create multiple blockage records for a single job and update their statuses.

Invoice matching now works for both Sales and Purchase Invoices, not just sales.
- Data updated in Zoho within the last 25 hours will now automatically sync with Modaltrans.

Customer and Vendor company records from Zoho will also be kept up to date on the Modaltrans side.
