After another busy round of improvements and real-life feedback from the field, we’re back with new updates to make your logistics workflows even smoother. From smarter reporting filters to powerful integrations and easier booking tools—here’s what’s new this week on your dashboard:

Grimaldi Ferry Booking Now Available!
- Great news for Grimaldi users! You can now make Grimaldi ferry bookings directly from the Customs > Ferry Bookings page in Modaltrans.
- No need to manage these reservations separately—just select Grimaldi from the options and complete your booking in one place.

New “General Reports” Section!
- You now have access to a brand new “General Reports” section in the Reports module. This is where you’ll find useful System Logs (Uploaded Files and Search Records) as downloadable reports.
- Meanwhile, the Employee Productivity Report has also been moved here, and a new Checklist Items Report has been added.

Smarter Defaults When Adding Lines to Credit Notes
- The invoice items added to a Sales Credit Note will now automatically be marked as Purchase Item, and items added to a Purchase Credit Note will default to Sales Item.
- You can still manually switch the item type on any line if needed.

Mark Invoices as Unpaid
- If you’ve accidentally marked an invoice as Paid, you can now correct this by using the new “Mark as Unpaid” option.
- To control who can perform this action:
- Go to Financial Settings > Link Authorisations and manage access using authorisation 711.
- This ensures only authorized users can reverse payment statuses.

New Filter in Customer Analysis Report
- You can now filter your Customer Analysis Report by “Company Group”.
