Smarter Control Over Company Relationships

Network > Companies management just got more flexible!
- You can now manually add new company relation records under the Company Relations Tab — perfect for tracking partnerships, group structures, or key business ties.
- Additionally, if there are any automatically created relations you don’t want to keep, you can now block them in the same tab.

More Control Over Non-Job Related Invoices
- If you’d like to restrict the confirmation of invoices not linked to any job, you can now manage this with a new authorisation.
- Simply activate the "712 - Can Confirm Non Job Related" setting under Finance Settings > Link Authorisations to control who can confirm such invoices.

Cancelled Jobs Hidden by Default in Profit & Loss Report
- From now on, cancelled jobs will no longer appear in the Profit & Loss Report by default.
- If you'd like to include them, simply tick the "Include Cancelled Jobs" checkbox within the filters section.

Authorisation for Credit Note Confirmation
- You can now control who can confirm Credit Notes using the "716 - Credit Note Confirmation" authorisation under Finance Settings > Link Authorisations.

New Field Added to Goods Items List Report
- The Goods Items List for now includes the “Invoice No” field for NCTS declarations.
- You can now view the invoice number entered as a reference to the N380 additional document code in your NCTS declarations directly from the report.
