This week’s updates bring even more visibility and control to your operations—making it easier to manage shipments, streamline invoicing, and stay ahead of service details.

  • Support Rep. Now Available on Companies
    • You can now assign a “Support Rep” to your companies—just like “Sales Rep” or “Operation Rep”. This helps you better organise and manage responsibilities across your team.

  • Pick-Up & Delivery Count Now Visible in Shipment List
    • You can now see the number of Pick-Up and Delivery Location points added in the booking form directly from the Shipment list page—making it easier to review and manage your shipments at a glance.

  • Additional Services Now Linked to Invoice Items
    • From Logistics Settings > Service Types, you can now define “Additional Services” and assign invoice items to them.
    • When a shipment includes an Additional Service but the related invoice item is missing in its financials, the system will now display a warning—helping you ensure nothing gets left out.
